The boundaries: new pages, redesigns, e-commerce, booking systems, custom integrations, copywriting, branding, campaign management and general IT support are separately scoped. Domain renewals, paid email, third-party subscriptions and ad spend are extra. No unlimited edits, 24/7 support or guaranteed rankings, leads or sales.
Your written proposal confirms the page list, revision rounds, content-update allowance, response times, payment schedule, renewal, cancellation and handover terms before you commit. Work outside that scope needs a separate quote and your approval.

Is it $999 or $999 plus monthly care?
It’s $999 setup plus $149 per month for SZARA Care, with a 12-month initial agreement. The initial-term total is $2,787 before applicable taxes and approved extras. The care plan is part of this offer.
What counts as a small content update?
Changes to existing text, photos, business hours or contact details within the monthly allowance listed in your quote. New functionality, new pages and design changes are outside that allowance and are quoted separately.
How long will the website take?
We confirm a schedule after reviewing your pages, content and requirements. The quote includes the agreed timeline; content readiness and your review feedback affect the launch date.
What do I need to provide?
Your business details, service information, logo, photos and any existing copy, plus access needed for the domain and website. If you need content or branding created, we’ll quote that separately.
Can you fix my existing website?
We’ll review it first. Sometimes improving what’s there makes more sense than rebuilding. This advertised package covers a scoped website build; other work gets its own quote.
What happens after the first 12 months?
Your written agreement will set out renewal, cancellation and handover arrangements before work begins. You’ll know what happens to your website and files when care ends before you commit.
Will this get me to the top of Google?
Basic on-page SEO gives the site a sensible foundation. It doesn’t guarantee rankings or enquiries. Ongoing SEO, ads, campaign management and media spend are separate from this website-and-care package.

Yes. The website process can be handled remotely for small businesses across the United States.
